STREET PORTRAITS

I took these pictures while wandering around the cities I lived or visited. There is no specific meaning in doing so. When I see an interesting subject, in a very impulsive way, I just ask for posing for me.

Usually I take from three to five shots for each suject. The first one to set the ambient light, the second (and sometime the third) to balance ambient and flash light. And the last one (trying) to get an interesting expression from the subject.  The “shooting” lasts for appro. 5 minutes and then…we say goodbye. In order to leave a bit of “raw” feeling, the post-production of these pictures is very minimal.
